  • The Robin Hill Center is closed to the public, for classes on the Robin Hill Patio, please walk around the main building to the back patio where the class will be held. Public bathrooms are available at the entrance of the park. 
  • For classes at Moon Park, multiple public bathrooms are available in the park.

What is the Senior Connection?
The Moon Township Senior Connection offers senior programming to anyone 55+ in Moon Township as well as all surrounding communities.  Membership is FREE with the purchase of a membership card ($10).

A full listing of current information, program guides, and monthly newsletters are always available at the Carriage House in Robin Hill Park in our Senior Connection Information Box. The box is located just outside the Carriage House entrance. Information is also available at moonparks.org.



Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee.  Refunds will be made to your account.  No Show - No Refund. Exceptioins will be noted in event description/details.

The Robin Hill Carriage House will be open for use by all members from 10am until 3pm on Tuesdays through Fridays. Feel free to stop in or stay all day. Meet friends to socialize and have some fun. Cards, books, puzzles, games, ping pong, shuffleboard, crafts/coloring, and music are always available. Coffee, tea, water, and hot chocolate provided.

Senior Yoga (Age 55+)
Dates: September 6th- October 20th (No class September 29th, October 4th or October 6th)
Days/Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10am-11am
Location: Robin Hill Center

Fee: $45
Come prepared to practice yoga postures, breathing exercises and other relaxation techniques while improving your balance, strength, and flexibility. Instructed by April Santicola. 


Trivia Team Challenge and Banana Splits
Date: Friday, September 16th, 2022
Time: Program begins at 1pm
Fee: $3.00 per person
Location: Robin Hill Park Carriage House

This event is for all the trivia buffs out there. Come and enjoy a summer banana split and trivia. You can make up your own team of four or can be assigned to a team at the event. There will be various categories, team effort, lots of fun and a great workout for your brain. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team.




Rock and Roll Extravaganza Show- vocals performed by “Hey Joe” followed by Lunch

Time: Live entertainment starts at 11:00am - 1:30pm

Halloween Murder Mystery Theatre Show and Lunch
Date: Friday, October 28th, 2022
Time: 11:30a.m.

We’ll start this spooky get together off with pizza, punch, and dessert. Then it’s time for mystery. Join in on the suspense of “Mobsters, Molls & Marinara”. An interactive murder mystery will be performed by professional actors that will keep you on the edge of your seats.


Historical Speaker Series - Goodwife Clark (professional Historical Edutainer)

Yoga: Beginners and Beyond (Adults and Teens 15+) 
Dates: Thursdays,   September 8th-29th (no class 9/15)

Instructor: Jen Stratakis 

No experience required! Instructor Jen Stratakis E-RYT 500, will lead you through an hour-long class, which includes standing and seated poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Modifications are given to accommodate everyone. With regular practice, yoga can improve lung capacity, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, mental calm, and more.  Bring a mat, water bottle, and any other yoga props you may have. Blocks are especially helpful.

This class is designed to help tone your entire body including abs, thighs, back, arms, and glutes. It is appropriate for all fitness levels. Bring hand weights, a mat and water. 
 

Barre (Adults & Teens 15+)

                             September 14th-October 19th
                             October 26th-November 30th
Times: 8:30-9:30am

Fee: $45 Moon residents/$50 non-residents (per 6-week session) 
Instructor: Judy Elias 

Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, arms and burns fat. This workout includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and traditional toning exercises. The class starts with standing barre work and ends with core work and a series of deep stretches. Bring a mat and a pair of 1-3lb dumb bells. This class is for all fitness levels.

The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching/strengthening exercises that work the entire body. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen your core muscles, increase flexibility, firm buttocks/thighs, and improve your posture. For all fitness levels. Bring a mat, hand weights and water.
