- Send in a check to our mailing address with the participants name, date of birth, address, phone and e-mail. You will not be officially registered in the class until you receive a confirmation e-mail.

ATHLETICS/FITNESS
For all classes:
- Space is limied, please register online or call the Moon Park office at 412-262-1703 ext 403.
- This class is weather dependent rain prevents the class from running, an additional class will be added to the session.
- The Robin Hill Center is closed to the public, for classes on the Robin Hill Patio, please walk around the main building to the back patio where the class will be held. Public bathrooms are available at the entrance of the park.
- For classes at Moon Park, multiple public bathrooms are available in the park.
Paint n’ Sip: Pet Portrait Painting (Ages 21+)
Join us for an unforgettable evening of creativity, relaxation, and fun at our Paint n' Sip class, where you can paint your pet. This class will guide you through the creation of your very own masterpiece. Painting supplies provided. Bring your own beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) & cups. Must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate.

Join our women's sand volleyball program for a fun and competitive fall season! Open to players of all skill levels, our program offers weekly games, program shirts, and a chance to meet new friends while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

This class has a max participation number of 18 people. Please register online. For more information about space availability for drop-ins, please email pilatesbodyj@gmail.com. Restrooms are available at the entrance of the park. A total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, arms, and burns fat. This workout includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and traditional toning exercises. The class starts with standing barre work. The class ends with core work and a series of deep stretches. Bring a mat and a pair of 1-3lb dumbbells. For all fitness levels.
HIIT(Ages 15+)
An intense and dynamic outdoor fitness class that incorporates a variety of exercises to challenge your strength, stamina, and agility. Led by Melitta Szymanski, this class is designed to push you to your limits and improve your overall fitness levels. Bring light hand weights and water.

Join Amy for some cardio dance exercise! You can take the moves up to make them harder or modify for any fitness level. Amy will help everyone with fun fitness through dance where everyone can leave feeling like they had a great workout and had fun! Class will include warm up and cool down also.

The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching/strengthening exercises that work the entire body. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen your core muscles, increase flexibility, firm buttocks/thighs, and improve your posture. For all fitness levels. Bring a mat, light hand weights (3lbs or less) and water.
Senior Workout Drop-in (Age 55+)

This class will help seniors (55+) maintain a fitness level to stay mobile. It is a LOW impact aerobics class that will work on balance and strenghtening, while having fun and meeting new people.
Senior Yoga (Age 55+)

This class has a max participation number of 15 people. Please register online. There are no drop-ins for this class. This class is designed to help tone your entire body including abs, thighs, back, arms, and glutes. It is appropriate for all fitness levels. Bring hand weights and a mat.

This class has a max participation number of 16 people. Please register online. Drop-ins are welcome ($12 cash or check at the door). If dropping in, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.
Yoga-curious or yoga-nervous? Then this is the class for you...No experience required! Instructor Jen Stratakis E-RYT 500, will lead you through an hour-long class, which includes standing and seated poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Modifications are given to accommodate everyone. With regular practice, yoga can improve lung capacity, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, mental calm, and more. Bring a mat, water bottle, and any other yoga props you may have. Blocks are especially helpful.
